IMPORTANT NOTICE

It is with deep regret that we announce that the Lanarkshire Motorcycle Club is closing down with immediate effect. This was agreed unanimously by the Club committee at the recent AGM.

Difficulty in attracting new members, volunteers and event riders have led the club committee to conclude that running the club is no longer viable.

The club was formed in 1933 as Lanarkshire Motor Cycle and Car Club although it was not until 1938 that a car section was formed. In 1959 the car section separated and 2 clubs were formed, Lanarkshire Motorcycle Club and Lanarkshire Car Club.

We would like to thank very sincerely all those riders, volunteers, committee members, observers, sponsors, landowners, friends and family who have supported and given so much over the years to make the club the success it was.

Dates that have been assigned to LMCC for 2026 have been returned to SACU for other clubs to use, so please contact SACU directly for more details.
